Lead and newsletter forms
Connect website inputs to the right contact fields and destination, with clear success and error states.
HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp & connected forms
A website form is the beginning of a workflow. Information needs to reach the intended system, match the expected fields, and give the visitor clear feedback. I work across the website and integration boundary to make that handoff understandable.
A submission can look successful in the browser while still producing the wrong record or subscription state. I consider the visible experience, the request, and the receiving platform together, including what happens when a submission is rejected.

Make subscription choices and preference interfaces agree with the system that stores them.
Maintain email templates and customer communication interfaces within the existing platform and review process.
HubSpot connects contact information with marketing and CRM workflows. A website integration needs appropriate field names, validation, and a defined submission destination. I check both the browser behavior and the expected receiving record when investigating a form.
ActiveCampaign supports marketing forms and API-based integrations. The implementation should respect the existing contact and subscription model. An embedded form and a custom server-side integration have different responsibilities and should be assessed in their actual environment.
Mailchimp provides audience and email campaign tools, with APIs for connecting application data. Field mapping, audience membership, and communication preferences need clear ownership. The right solution depends on the team’s established publishing and campaign workflow.
Forms collect input; an integration maps that input to a destination and handles the response. I consider invalid input, duplicate submissions, provider errors, and useful feedback. Private integration credentials belong on the server side when an API requires them.
Email markup has different constraints from a web page. Content, links, fallback text, and rendering need review in the sending environment. A preview checks presentation; delivery and subscription behavior need their own verification.
I define the destination record and expected fields, then trace a controlled submission through the form, integration, and receiving platform. This catches mapping and subscription problems that a browser success message can miss.

My contributions include ActiveCampaign hero forms and HubSpot newsletter forms, alongside frontend styling and WordPress/PHP development within the FINNPartners-credited base framework.
