Content-focused applications
Present information clearly on a handheld screen, with navigation and text treatment suited to the content.
Objective-C, Xcode & the Apple Developer Program
A mobile application brings software into a smaller, more personal context. Navigation, readable content, device behavior, and release preparation all matter. My mobile experience includes Objective-C development for New Tibetan Bible.
Mobile engineering connects the interface with platform conventions and application behavior. For an existing app, understanding its language, structure, supported devices, and release requirements is the first step toward deciding what should change.

Understand Objective-C classes, screen behavior, and dependencies before planning a targeted change.
Consider the project configuration, signing responsibilities, and validation needed for the intended distribution path.
Objective-C is an object-oriented language used in established Apple-platform applications. Classes, messages, and framework behavior form the application structure. My New Tibetan Bible app work used Objective-C; that is the basis for the mobile experience described here.
Xcode brings together project configuration, editing, builds, and debugging for Apple platforms. Simulator behavior, device behavior, and signing configuration need to be considered separately. A successful build is one check within a larger review of the application.
The Apple Developer Program provides resources for developing and distributing apps through Apple’s supported channels. Certificates, identifiers, signing, and submission requirements are part of release preparation. The release plan needs to account for the application owner’s account, signing setup, and current submission requirements.
Small screens make hierarchy, touch controls, and readable content especially important. I consider navigation, text, and feedback as application behavior rather than styling alone. The scope of a mobile project should establish supported devices and the workflows that need validation.
I review the app’s purpose, Objective-C structure, dependencies, and build setup before planning a change. Validation covers affected screens and device behavior as well as the build.

I developed the New Tibetan Bible mobile application in Objective-C. The project is part of my broader career portfolio and provides a practical foundation for discussing native application development, the Apple toolchain, and content-focused mobile experiences.
